I Love Oyster

When I was young my Mom used to cook sea shells, mostly bivalves such as oysters, fresh from the ocean. There is this fisherman couple who brings to our house every weekend fresh seafoods. The first time I tasted oyster it became my favorite. There are so many recipes that I like using oysters, like stuffed oyster which I already tried making using the Gulf oysters, baked oyster, grilled, oyster cake, dip and lot more. Oysters have a lot of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, such as zinc, omega 3 fatty acid and vitamin B12. There are also risks eating this specially raw. So just be aware of eating uncooked oysters.
